Before transitioning into private credit, Bryan was a top producer at CoStar Group, the premier global provider of commercial real estate data and analytics. His background combines engineering, data analytics, and enterprise technology consulting, including SAP and IT advisory roles.
Today, Bryan leverages this analytical and capital markets expertise to structure financing solutions for builders, developers, and investors across Arizona and other high-growth markets.
As the founder and sole owner of Desert Peak Capital Partners, Bryan personally leads client relationships, financing strategy, and lender coordination. Clients have a direct line to the person responsible for moving their deal forward.
